The staff was superfriendly and efficient, offered good services. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory with lots of food.

Unique design and location in the really beautiful area. Don't hesitate to order continental breakfast as it's fresh made. Rooms are neat and cool enough, I'd say, good value.

Reasonable location, not rude staff, hassle-free check in. Excellent view, a comfortable balcony, soft bed, too. The service was polite in my opinion. Quaint hotel perfectly located in the city.

Room was convenient, location was impeccable. Plentiful breakfast and discreet staff. The hotel was familiar, about 300 feet from the subway station. I visited a gastronomic restaurant and liked the Western meals they offer.

The breakfast was very very good, the hotel was picture perfect and clean. Liked WiFi, television and armchairs in the room. Fine beds and gorgeous views. Having different selected drinks in the in-house bar was a very nice touch. Good value, it was restful stay.

Location was excellent, I loved professional staff and very fine rooms. Coffee bar with hot drinks. Besides, free wifi was working well, you can use it throughout the property.

good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like bistrot mosaico that was only 10 minutes' walk away. hotel's adjacent to main attractions like fuente de cibeles. good service offered.
